Indispensable to Me

I've got to know a lot of new people from around the world ever since I started to help them learn Japanese. As I mentioned before, I try to arrange my schedule around my regular work to make time for that. In addition to my work, I regularly take on translation assignments, so I have to admit that these jobs often encroache on my private time with family and friends when I'm inundated with them. However, I've never fed up with them and my life because these opportunities absolutely broaden my horizons and circle of friends.

In fact, I took part in an English workshop last Wednesday. This time, I had invited a native English speaker as a guest.
We'd got to know each other recently at the Japanese class I help with, and he's been looking for a new job. Another member and I had planned to invite him to our workshop as a guest until he lands a job. Luckily, his schedule worked out, and we all got together to have our workshop.
During the workshop, we practiced speaking, discussed the article I had prepared and chatted together. I was thankful that he and the other members could get together. I enjoyed a whole lot.

They're indispensable to me. ;)
