Brisk walking

I used to walk briskly for exercise even though I was expecting. I hadn't done that since I gave birth under the pretext of being busy taking care of my son or of being tied up with my work.

Recently I turned over a new leaf and decided to make a point of walking for exercise again. Some people who know me might be puzzled how I end up starting to do that NOW. The reason I started again was just because I'm shooting for being a bright-eyed and bushy-tailed mom and woman. To add to that, I need to keep enough energy to handle my vigorous students. lol

I've not gained weight after I gave birth (rather than that, I lost my weight...), but to maintain my ideal body weight and health, I'll do that thoroughly!

Yeah, as you mentioned, striding is effective in exercising, so I do that every time. :D
I'm not sure whether I'll lose weight, anyway I'll keep at it to maintain my energy and contract muscles.

In addition to brisk walking, I sometimes stride, which I heard is helpful for consuming more calories. Just after doing it, I'm all sweat. Enjoy walking! I want to reduce one kg at the moment...
