I had been swamped with work and chores for the past week. I have confidence in my strength, so I managed them with speed.
However, the following story taught me how important health care was.

Last Tuesday I was giving my lessons as usual. Suddenly I felt sick in the middle of the lesson. I didn't have any bad food or drink, nor fever. I haven't the slightest idea.
I managed to give one of my lessons, and tried to smile so as not to worry students. The next lesson started as soon as I finished the first one. As such, I didn't have a short recess. I had no choice but to drink tea I brought.

During the other lessons, I still felt sick. What was worse, I was overtaken by sheer fatigue. I managed to finish all the lessons, and couldn't move. Then, I took a rest for an instant, but my condition was still bad.
At long last, I came back home and collapsed on the bed. Shortly after that, my hubby came back home in a rush.(I had called him just after my lessons.) Thanks to him, I didn't need to do chores. I drank sports drink, and laid down and rest.
A few hours later my condition was getting better. I didn't feel sick. Phew!...

In retrospect, I might have had heatstroke. Although I tried to drink so as not to get it, it might have been insufficient because I spoke constantly during my lessons. Even though an air conditioner was working in the room, it could have been caused, depending on my condition and humidity...

I took it to heart...
