Fermented Garlic

Have you ever heard of or tasted fermented garlic before? In fact, I didn't know that.

Yesterday I took part in an open English conversation class as usual. At that time, a regular member talked about it. As you know, it's said that garlic is good for our health. However, I wasn't sure if fermented one would be good as well.
According to her story, she and her husband, who are in their late 60's, have taken two cloves a day for two months and they've felt their health conditions getting better.
I was curious to know the taste, so asked her about how to make them. I was surprised to find out that it would take two weeks to be ready! In addition, during the preparation, the smell of garlic would fill the room...... Considering that my apartment is small and they need some time to be ready, so I decided to buy them. ^^;

My hubby and I tried them last night. They had a unique taste......haha Anyway, We're thirsty souls. Yes, we should regularly take them to keep our bodies in good condition!
