Talk with Would-be Teachers

The other day, a staff member of my company called me and said, " Could you come to our get-together for would-be teachers as a guest speaker on 2nd July?"
I didn't get it at the time, but soon I understood what he meant. Our company regularly employs English teachers, and I have to admit that some are unsatisfied with the realities of being English teachers, others have no choice but to quit their jobs due to their private matters. As for the first, our company should avoid and regularly invites actual teachers to informal meetings over coffee or tea.
It was a tempting offer, but I couldn't decide it right away because I had been swamped with regular lessons, translation assignments, meetings with child association and so forth. What is more, I have to stay all day at the local community center for my lessons on Saturdays.
I thought my schedule would be conflict, but I love to meet new people and try something new or interesting. I decided to take on the opportunity.

As I had thought, it was a hectic day. I had to whiz from the place I talked with would-be teachers to the local community center, but I felt fulfilled after finishing the day.
