I attended a trial English lesson.

Most of the families went out to play with their kids as it was a beautiful day today. However, I left it up to my husband because I had planned to attend a certain lesson.

This afternoon, I attended a trial English lesson and took a test to see my level. A week ago, I found the ad that some lessons and a level test would be held at no cost. Needless to say, I jumped at the ad and applied.

I applied for the advanced course because I wanted the teacher to give me some advice for improving my English skills or the tips and to encourage me to keep learning. All of the teachers are interpreters or translators who have a lot of experience. Fortunately, the class I attended has only 2 of us in total and the teacher. I could feel relaxed and at-home. The teacher explained how we could improve our skills, and after that we tried dictation, translation and so forth. Although I practice dictating with an English magazine such as CNN, I'm not good at dictating. I actively asked the best way to dictate and the knack of it. In addition, the teacher gave us some advice to improve our English skills.
The lesson was challenging but very helpful for me. ;D

After the lesson, I tried the level test. It contained a grammar, vocabluaries, listening and reading. sections. The time was limited, so I had to answer them as quick as possible. Regrettably, I couldn't answer the listening section completely because the content was complicated and unclear. (T T)
Anyway, I had a valuable time today and realized that I should practice all of the English skills more and more.

I'm looking forward to receiving the results of the test.
