When it comes to winter, I'm eager to have a Japanese hotpot, what we call 鍋 in Japanese. These last few days, the temperature has been low, so my family decided to prepare it. (Every weekend and holiday, my husband is on assignment for preparing meals. ;D)
There are many varieties of Japanese hotpots such as ちゃんこ鍋, みずたき or キムチ鍋. I left it up to him. Now, he's out to buy ingredients. (Yes, I'm writing this journal while he's out. lol)
I'm looking forward to the dinner...hehehe
