Thank you, Samurai Japan!

I'm not familiar with soccer, but during the World Cup I'm interested in the games. My husband loves soccer. As he explains the games, I savour them with relish.

As for Japan vs Paraguay, it was a very exciting and close game. Their attitudes toward the games and winning fueled my enthusiasm for learning English. lol They seemed to be desperate to get a goal at any cost and showed us how much a united team was important. Although they lost, I think it's no exaggeration to say they won. In fact, the game was equivalent in that way.

Before the World Cup kicked off, almost all of Japanese hadn't expected Japan would win and go to the final tournament. However, the Japan head coach and players, in particular, Keisuke Honda, had proclaimed their high goal. To my surprise, they had qualified for the finals by their own wins, although they didn't manage to reach the goal.

Through their games and attitudes, I learned a lot of things such as setting a high goal or trying to reach the goal in my best endeavors.
My current goal is to get over 900 on TOEIC and to get more new students for my English classroom this summer.
